The best way to start off the order process is to tell us your vision, and tell us early!  It is recommended to reach out to us as soon as you book your venue to check our availability, or at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your big day.  Fill out the ‘Get A Quote’ form below, so we can best tailor our services to your needs.  We usually respond within 1-3 business days.

This is the time to send over any inspiration photos, textiles and color schemes you may want incorporated in your cake and pastries.   If a cake tasting is desired, we offer a "To-Go"tasting experience to enjoy at home, preferably with a glass of something special!  If you already know you would like us to make your cake, you can pay a $200 booking fee upfront to secure your date, which wil go towards your final balance. 

After your consultation, we will propose a design based on our collaboration as client & artist.   Once design and flavour details are finalized, a contract is sent over for your review.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing to hold your event date. Final pick-up/delivery details, along with payment in full, are due at least 30 days prior to the event date.  Orders made within the 30 days prior to the event date are subject to availability and require payment in full upon ordering to hold last minute availability.

Familiarize yourself with our listed policies.  We will send a one-time reminder of any unfulfilled invoices prior to the deadline.  Failure to fulfill payment will result in forfeiture of your order.

Your big day is here and it is time for dessert!  The week of your wedding we will work directly with your chosen point of contact and venue so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your day.  We will take photos in the event space upon delivery, but any photos your photographer may have taken will be appreciated!

We can also be available to make a 4" mini anniversary cake as a sweet memory of your special day.  Inquire to have this service added to your contract.
